On its first day of seminar in Vitoria, the participants of the project "Increaction+" took part on different activities related to get to know each other, the project programme and explore together the concept of culture and interculturality.
The morning was used to carry out group dynamics to facilitate that participants learn their names, more about each other and reinforce the links between all of them in order to promote a better interaction during the next days of the project. This morning was also used to check together the whole programme of activities of the seminar and develop an initial evaluation of the fears, expectations and contributions of the people attending the project towards its implementation.
On the afternoon, the group took part on different workshops and non formal exercises focused on exploring together the concept of culture, prejudices and discuss on multicutural groups potential improvements in terms on integration of minorities to achieve a more inclusive society.
